Artwork & Design SpecificationQ: Do BrilliantPrint offers design services? A: Sorry, we do not provide any design services. All artworks are to provided by customers and we will only proceed with printing processes. Q: How can I learn about BrilliantPrint artwork specifications? A: There is a tab of Artwork Specification for each product. You may refer to this tab before submitting your artwork to us to avoid incorrect artwork specifications. Q: What are the file formats should I use to save my artworks? A: The most common accepted file format is Adobe Illustrator (AI). However, other formats such as PDF, EPS, high resolution JPG/PSD/TIFF and etc are accepted as long as the artworks are saved in correct settings. Q: How do I send my artwork to BrilliantPrint? A: There are few ways to send your artwork to us depending on the file size. 1. Below 10MB, email to us at sales@brilliantprint.com After submitting your artwork to us, please give us a call to make sure we receive your artwork. Q: Will the color of my printed material match 100% to the original color of my artwork? A: No. It is a fact within printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current printing technologies. The color difference level may vary from printing company to printing company, as well as from press machine to press machine. Besides, the paper stock will make a color difference. The color may vary because of the surface and coating.
DeliveryQ: Do I have to pay for the delivery services? A: Yes. A delivery fee is applicable. We provide delivery services within Malaysia as well as overseas. Delivery fees are varying from place to place. Do contact us for delivery charges. However, if your purchase is above RM80 (for name card, ID badge, flash stamp), RM250 (for other products except name card), we provide FREE delivery within Klang Valley (except Putrajaya and Cyberjaya). Q: How will my goods be delivered? A: The goods are delivered by our dispatch or driver (within Klang Valley), or through our appointed courier services. Q: Do you provide rush order or urgent order? A: Yes. We do provide optional rush order service. Please contact us for more information. Q: Can I collect my orders personally from your office? A: Yes. Self-collection is available. What you need to do it to make a not of self-collection when placing a new order. Q: What should I do if I do not receive my order on time? A: Usually, we will inform you in advance of there are any delay on goods. You can always refer to our customer service for further details.
